Leads sales strategy for retail softlines accounts, manages customer relationships and renewals, develops new-logo opportunities, drives discovery through close, builds specialty product pipelines, coordinates technical and fulfillment teams, and guides account managers on growth opportunities. Leads the strategy, development, commercialization, and execution of a Marketing Claim Verification program. Serve as a global SME for Industrial Metaverse technologies (PLCs, IoT, Cloud/Edge, Digital Twins, AI, EMC, RED, cybersecurity). Lead standards work, publish technical content, represent UL on committees, develop test methods and programs, perform and maintain complex testing and equipment, provide staff training, support clients, and drive continuous improvement and quality across global labs. Hybrid role with client-facing and travel responsibilities.

Lead regional sales for consumer technology testing, inspection, and certification services. Develop and execute account strategies, manage full sales cycle from discovery to close, grow renewals and specialty product sales, build new-logo pipeline, collaborate with technical and fulfillment teams, and support multi-year account planning with GAMs and SAMs.

Lead and support large-scale business transformation initiatives across operations, technology, and data. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain integrated plans, track risks/issues, define requirements, standardize processes and data, enable technology and workflow automation, support migration and adoption, and prepare leadership reporting to ensure governance, consistency, and measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.

Lead and execute global product marketing initiatives: plan and manage campaigns, track and optimize performance, maintain marketing automation and CRM workflows, produce sales enablement content, conduct competitive and market research, collaborate cross-functionally, and report on campaign ROI and pipeline impact.

Evaluate electrical and electronic control systems for safety and compliance. Conduct lab testing, analyze hardware and software, review schematics and documentation, apply UL/IEC 60730-1 standards, prepare test plans and reports, interact with customers, support project planning, and contribute to test method development and continuous improvement.

Serve as the Voice of Customer champion: investigate and resolve customer complaints, embed VoC insights into processes, partner with cross-functional and regional teams to drive CX improvements, document cases and corrective actions in Salesforce, produce management reporting, and support CX projects and accreditation audits.

The Lead Process Owner for Chemical/Mechanical Testing oversees the testing sub-process globally, ensuring compliance and optimizing procedures while collaborating across labs.
