Summary:
DFIN is seeking a Software Services Data Analyst (individual contributor) responsible for gathering and programmatically analyzing data from disparate systems and producing insights to solve business problems for Software Services.
Responsibilities:
- With guidance from Support Operations Engineering and the Director of Support Operations, create data workflows and visualizations to analyze and predict client and KPI trends.
- Identify revenue and cost-saving opportunities through systematic data analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to streamline and automate existing data workflows.
- Ingest and programmatically analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Skilljar, Certinia, and others.
- Work within organization and cross-functionality to establish and adhere to Data Governance strategy and best-practices.
- Visualize data using Power BI.
- Establish technical and business validation rules to cleanse data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data-related field.
- Experience programmatically analyzing large data sets.
- Competence with programmatic data analysis software, such as Python, R, or similar.
- 1-3yrs in client-facing support or pro services roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Track record of delivering and communicating ROI related to data-driven initiatives.
- Strong visual communication skills.
- Ability to draw correlations between dissimilar datasets to create actionable insights.
