Senior Technical Recruiter, Analytics

We are now seeking a Senior Analytics Recruiter to join our growing team! In this position, you will hire for a variety of analytics and product research roles. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and help build out teams from scratch.

You Will:

• Identify, assess, and manage a diverse candidate pool throughout the lifecycle recruitment process
• Develop and maintain a best in class recruitment strategy for growing teams
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and Finance to meet hiring goals while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
• Work with senior leadership on headcount planning, org design, and interviewer training
• Stay up to date on the recruiting industry’s best practices, employment legislation, and latest trends

You Have:

• 5+ years recruiting experience at a high growth company; analytics, product or technical recruiting experience preferred
• Experience working with senior executives on hiring, headcount planning, and recruiting strategy
• Ability to manage multiple projects, candidates, and hiring teams simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Experience designing and implementing recruiting processes for growing teams
• Ability to work with management to create a positive and thorough process for all potential employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
