Description

Engrain builds map-based tech that’s redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies—and 20,000 properties—to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it’s working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we’ve been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year.

We’re not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don’t do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds—with a fresh raise on the horizon—we’re entering a phase of serious scale.

As a Quality Assurance Design Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. Quality Assurance Design Specialists are responsible for reviewing Engrain’s interactive mapping products prior to customer delivery to identify technical or design errors and ensuring all products adhere to Engrain’s high-quality design standards. This role will be responsible for filling out QA reports, identifying and revising errors, and verifying that the correct deliverables are in place before they’re sent to a customer. The Quality Assurance Design Specialist will be part of a team of 6-9 employees and report directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.

    • Utilize digital proofing software to manage, route, and finalize content for approval.
  • Process and Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Contribute to performance tracking by creating quality reports that monitor compliance with established standards.
    • Proactively influence internal stakeholders to clear roadblocks and resolve implementation issues, ensuring project success.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills:
    • Serve as a key communication liaison, interacting frequently with various internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
