About the Opportunity

As a Lead Product Manager for Care Delivery at Found, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge tools and experiences that empower our providers, care teams, and the members to deliver exceptional care. Sitting at the intersection of technology and healthcare, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our care delivery platform, driving impactful outcomes for our members, clinical teams, enterprise & payor partners.

Your work will have a direct impact on the success of Found’s mission to provide high-quality, personalized care to our members, enhancing clinical outcomes and member satisfaction. What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead the development of care delivery tools, including Found’s proprietary EMR and corresponding workflows, collaborating closely with providers, care teams, clinical and central operations teams and RCM teams.
  • Partner with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, efficient solutions that integrate seamlessly with consumer facing products, provider systems and our internal tools.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing clinical, operational, and business needs to drive measurable improvements in care outcomes and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product releases with a focus on optimizing task completion and improving user satisfaction.
  • Drive the build vs. buy decision-making process, evaluating 3rd-party tools and platforms that align with Found’s care delivery strategy.
  • Continuously measure and track the success of your products, using data and feedback to iterate and enhance user experiences.

Here is what makes an ideal candidate:

  • 7+ years of product management experience within healthcare or care delivery platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives, from vision-setting through execution, in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a history of building trusted relationships with providers, front-line teams, customer support, B2B partners and payors.
  • Experience with healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, RCM) and a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, interoperability frameworks, clinical workflows and operational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • A passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology, with a relentless focus on delivering value to end users.
