Support the securities-based lending (SBL) Solutions Desk: assist customers and financial reps, coordinate across departments, handle loan applications and collateral maintenance, prepare regulatory/management reports, perform outbound client communications, analyze servicing improvements, and support Credit Risk and Operations.

Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, text, email, video) for consumer and business banking products. Manage tickets and follow-ups, process contact changes and stop payments, handle debit card issues and Reg E claims, troubleshoot online/mobile banking and assist loan clients with basic account questions while following procedures.

Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers, verify accuracy, confirm requests with customers, monitor for fraud/AML issues, perform reconciliations, maintain logs, and support BSA/OFAC/CIP compliance.
