Summary

Leader Bank is seeking an experienced service representative to support the Solutions Desk for the securities-based lending (SBL) business, which allows clients to borrow against the value of qualifying pledged securities in eligible brokerage account(s).


Responsibilities

  • Understand the full SBL product offering and lifecycle, and help develop related solutions procedures and communications
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to customers and financial representatives by coordinating across various departments
  • Support the Credit Risk and Operations team by handling issues related to loan applications and existing lines of credit
  • Perform outbound communications at the direction of other departments for purposes of obtaining additional client information
  • Help with management and resolution of collateral maintenance calls
  • Conduct oversight and reporting duties as required, including preparation of any regulatory or management reporting
  • Present analysis and proposals around servicing improvements to senior leadership
  • Additional responsibilities as needed to support a growing business line

Qualifications

  • Must be a proactive self-starter, willing to take accountability and support the development and expansion of a fairly new business line
  • Client-centric individual, capable of working in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise prudent judgment making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a client service role, with securities-based lending or other financial services experience strongly preferred

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

Salary Minimum: $65,000.00 - Salary Max: $80,000.00

The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Leader Bank provides a variety of benefits to eligible team members, including health insurance coverage, a team member wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off and vacation.
