Design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration and pipeline platforms. Provide solution and application design, implement high-performance APIs and microservices, lead code reviews, support CI/CD and observability, participate in on-call/incident management, run technical workshops, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business needs.

Oversee analysis team to maintain best practices, support regional sales with product expertise, lead client and stakeholder communications, manage deliverables and vendors, run user training, standardize processes and documentation, mitigate project risks, and participate in RFP/RFI and regional sales initiatives for Loyalty solutions.

Lead territory sales for hospitality software (CRS, PMS, RMS, booking engines), develop strategic account plans, qualify prospects, present and demo solutions, respond to RFPs, represent the company at events, and close enterprise deals while managing travel and sales targets.
