Lead the crypto lending service line end-to-end: shape strategy and product roadmap, manage P&L, operations, risk and compliance, drive client acquisition and contracting, coordinate cross-functional build and launch with engineering, legal, finance, and operations.

Support accounting lifecycle for crypto activity: review subledger transactions, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist month‑end/year‑end close and audits, perform variance and analytical review, document controls/processes, prepare financial schedules and reports (including SEC disclosures), and collaborate with Crypto Operations and cross‑functional finance teams.

Lead second-line credit risk oversight across unsecured, secured, and commercial lending. Perform credit and behavioral analytics, monitor roll rates and delinquencies, assess macroeconomic impacts, build visualizations, review KPIs/KRIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve credit policies and regulatory readiness.

Lead second-line credit risk oversight for Small Business lending, performing advanced analytics to monitor portfolio performance, roll rates, delinquencies, and credit loss trends. Provide data-driven challenge to first-line credit, ensure adherence to risk appetite, support issue management and regulatory readiness, and communicate findings to influence policy and controls.

Prepare, review, and submit bank regulatory filings (Call Report, FRY-9C, FRY series), maintain regulatory reports in Axiom ControllerView, research reporting requirements, respond to regulator inquiries, review reconciliations and intercompany transactions, support audits and exams, identify process improvements, and coach junior staff.
