Own the strategy and roadmap for Instacart’s catalog attributes and product data layer. Lead governance, quality, experimentation, and scalable accuracy improvements across Engineering, ML, Operations, Legal, Analytics, Sales, Ads, Search, and other partners. Translate complex problems into execution plans, define KPIs, balance precision and recall, and build systems that improve catalog data reliability for customers, retailers, brands, and internal teams.

Build and govern Instacart’s contingent workforce program, including the Beeline VMS and Monument MSP platforms. Develop policies, standard operating procedures, supplier governance, worker classification and tenure controls, and audit-ready processes. Manage supplier onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and performance while driving adoption among hiring managers. Partner with Finance, Legal, Accounting, HR, and IT on workforce planning, reporting, international expansion, EOR programs, and future platform enhancements.
