Participates in activities to improve overall security posture, applies security concepts, reviews information, executes defined tasks, analyzes requirements, and creates documentation.

Monitor, maintain, and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance to technology standards. Perform incident detection, resolution, and escalation. Develop in-depth knowledge of supported systems and applications. Ensure systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics. Governance tasks include required attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, responding to audit/regulatory inquiries, and complying with technology standards.
