Partners with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers, and executives to develop service offerings, substantiate claims, identify growth opportunities, and deliver business results.

Lead and support large-scale business transformation initiatives across operations, technology, and data. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain integrated plans, track risks/issues, define requirements, standardize processes and data, enable technology and workflow automation, support migration and adoption, and prepare leadership reporting to ensure governance, consistency, and measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
