Establish quality dashboards, governance rituals, postmortems, and operational mechanisms that support marketplace trust and commercial outcomes.

Own a defined slice of the self-serve customer journey, improving signup, onboarding, activation, and upgrade experiences. Use data, customer insight, and A/B experiments to reduce friction and improve activation, retention, and monetization. Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Design to deliver product improvements and communicate priorities clearly across teams.

Own production health and performance for AI-enabled Disability & Leave claims products. Monitor SLAs and UX, lead incident triage and root cause analysis, prioritize fixes with engineering and operations, drive systemic defect elimination, and oversee FINEOS/Catalyst integration and optimization to support scalable AI capabilities.
