Lead system reliability and safety programs across design, manufacturing, and field performance. Develop reliability models, allocate requirements, run DfR/DFSS initiatives, analyze warranty/failure data, lead cross-functional problem-solving (A3, 8D), define reliability growth plans, and present program status to stakeholders.
