Manages small to medium technical projects through planning, execution, governance, and closure. Leads project teams, manages risks, issues, budgets, resources, dependencies, stakeholders, and financial performance. Coordinates deliverables with business outcomes, communicates with business and finance leaders, and ensures project governance and security practices are followed. Requires strong technical communication, Agile and traditional lifecycle knowledge, and experience with project management tools.
- Managing the implementation of small to medium projects.
- Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.
- Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
- Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
- Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
- Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.
- Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
- Plans the overall project and monitors the progress and performs Daily project management throughout the project's life cycle.
- Manages the projects budget and financial performance.
- Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
- Manages and utilizes resources.
- Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.

EXPERIENCE
- More than four years of project management experience.
- Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).
EDUCATION
- Bachelors' degree PMP, Prince 2 and/or Agile certification (preferred but not required).
