We are looking for Software Engineers to join our growing teams creating user-facing features that reach millions of people worldwide. You’ll interview in the same technologies we use every day; Python on the backend and React on the frontend, so come prepared to code and discuss solutions in either of these languages.

Teams That Are Hiring:

• Staff Tools Team - Develops the internal systems and tools that power Chaturbate’s day-to-day operations. This team works on trust & safety, customer support, compliance, security, and financial operations, building reliable tooling that keeps the platform safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Foundational experience in web development and basic system design
• Experience writing production code in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience working with React in a professional or substantial project setting
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ownership mindset and willingness to see tasks through with guidance
• Collaborative and open to feedback

Bonus Points

• Experience shipping full-stack features end-to-end
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Experience working on high-traffic applications

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $165,000 annually, plus additional compensation and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the U.S. for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
