The RoleSenior Software Engineers design and build reliable, scalable systems that power both user experiences and critical internal tools. They take ownership of complex, often ambiguous challenges by clarifying goals, setting direction, and delivering high-impact solutions at scale. Their work strengthens the broader engineering culture through technical excellence, thoughtful design, and a long-term mindset around reliability and growth. They mentor peers, influence cross-team decisions, and help their organization move faster and more effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or Golang and have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and the ability to build scalable, maintainable systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-impact products in fast-paced environments
- Have a history of influencing others outside of your team
- Professional experience with video streaming technologies
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $215,000 annually. Range reflects base salary only. It does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the U.S. for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
