Overview
About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to build retailer and customer experiences that enables the worlds largest retailers to grow their ecommerce businesses. This PM will use a range of tools to identify, evaluate, and execute these opportunities — from complex integration systems that power retailer workflows, to features that power customer retention at scale, to consumer experiences that help them get more value from their favorite retailers. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, ability to drive complex projects with breadth, and product strategy.
About the Team - Instacart’s Enterprise Platform team is responsible for the white-label product that enables retailers of all sizes to compete online through their own ecommerce experiences. The team is focused on platform growth and long-term retailer success — from onboarding new partners to helping them acquire, serve, and retain their end customers in ways that align with their unique brand and strategy.

Develop strategies, retailer tooling, and end customer experiences that drive growth, profitability, and retention of online customers.Manage complex systems of integrations that power a variety of retailer workflows.Rally a large cross functional team around solving complex retailer problems.Use data and market-driven insights to identify experiences and tools that help retailers grow and enable end customers to find value on retailer sites. Maintain a long term vision and short term roadmap across a portfolio of bets.Mentor junior team members in their pursuit to master the product craft.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of product management or similar experience.Experience as a B2B software PM, with 1+ years of direct involvement with sales (or in software sales) and customer discovery with senior executivesStrong leadership skills — able to guide large, multidisciplinary teams toward shared outcomes across R&D (design, engineering, data), leadership, and GTM teams (sales, PMM, support).Able to develop a rational POV across a wide product surface amidst retailer, operational, and technology constraints.Strong execution abilities — able to break down very complex problems across teams and rally them to a shared outcome with measurable results.Proven product strategy ability:
a) to identify whitespace opportunities through data, user research, and market trends
b) to translate those into a compelling vision across multiple time horizons
- c) make tradeoffs amidst ambiguity and competing priorities when executing against that vision
Ability to assess B2B2C experiences using both intuition and data:
→ Do we have a strong value proposition for both retailers and their end customers?
→ Should we rethink an experience from the ground up (e.g., with AI) or iterate incrementally?
→ Will retailers adopt what we build, and will it drive the customer behaviors we expect?
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in enterprise ecommerce, marketplace, or B2B2C product roles involving complex stakeholder management
