Our growing Product team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help build our customer experience around a feature-rich and open Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. In partnership with our Product Management leadership team, you will own the vision, definition and delivery of specific modules of our Unanet ERP GovCon solution and will be a key contributor in our overall product strategy. With over 3,700 customers and a robust partner network, your actions and contributions will have far-reaching impacts on our multi-product business. 

What You'll Do 

  • Lead and grow Unanet's Enhanced Governance and Monitoring product suite to meet advanced customer needs in audit, risk, and compliance
  • Understand and define ways the Unanet ERP GovCon can better support larger customers with complex operating structures and accounting needs, leading to increased market share
  • Define, deliver, and measure success for product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering to prioritize, estimate, and deliver work effectively
  • Ensure alignment on product strategy and delivery by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering and other internal stakeholders who have a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points and perspectives 

Your First 90 Days 

In your First 30 Days, you will learn about Unanet and our products and grow in your understanding of Unanet through the lens of our current product offerings and roadmaps. You will build relationships internally, be able to demonstrate our product, and understand the current product direction.  

In your First 60 Days, in partnership with our Product Management leadership and User Experience (UX) team, you will lead your scrum team to deliver outcomes in line with the product direction for compliance and enhanced accounting requirements. 

In your First 90 Days, you will drive our Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for respective product areas. You will evangelize the product roadmap, committing lighthouse customers and defining success metrics for adoption and engagement. You will be the guiding light for your scrum team, executing defined product deliverables. You will question, redefine, revalidate and solidify our roadmap deliverables and drive the team towards organizational goals moving forward. 

Who You Are 

  • 6+ years of software product management experience in B2B Software, with a background working in accounting, preferably audit, and working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements
  • Experience building compliance requirements into a product that serves B2B customers at scale
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to successfully execute on multiple strategic priorities concurrently
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with an ability to navigate complex workflows and compliance-related challenges
  • Ability to occasionally travel for meetings, conferences and to customer sites
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting 

Your Differentiators 

  • Deep understanding of government contracting (GovCon) compliance requirements (e.g., DCAA standards, SCA wages, FAR clauses)  
  • Familiarity in implementing, auditing and/or using cloud-based ERPs
  • Experience leading SaaS product initiatives in heavily regulated industries

The salary range for this opportunity is $122,500 – 144,100 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
