Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Southfield, MI.
The Sales Coordinator will lead contract reviews, prototype management, service and surcharge pricing, quotations, price file maintenance, and customer support for the sales teams.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
- Manage all pre- and post-production activities to support sales activities from part development through obsolescence.
- Manage prototype quotes, purchase orders and order management to meet customer and internal needs.
- Lead the contract review process, reviewing and confirming all commercial terms, prior to acceptance.
- Manage tariff recovery and tooling activities, coordinating pricing adjustments, purchase order review and invoicing.
- Maintain price lists in Oracle and SAP ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely pricing data.
- Manage house accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer requirements are met effectively.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with customers, sales teams, engineering, finance and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Associate's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years experience in a sales coordinator, customer service support and/or sales administrative support Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. - No relocation is available for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Southfield MI to be considered. (Active Duty Military service members are exempt from this geographical limitation)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP) and Customer Portal experience
- Ability to successfully interact with customers and internal resources
- Multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizational skills
- Sales techniques, customers and product knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be self motivated and self directed
