This is an open, continuous recruitment for our Oulu factory production teams, including Logistics, Assembly, Repair, and SMD, working closely with Manufacturing Support and Development. In these teams, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts who value new ideas and close collaboration.

Responsibilities

You will be working as an Operator role in Oulu factory production, either in Assembly, Repair, SMD or Logistics team. 

The logistics team is responsible for e.g. material handling and delivery operations. In Assembly and SMD team, your tasks will include e.g. machine assembly with SMD technology, hand assembly, tuning and testing. The repair team is responsible for factory production repair flow. 

Qualifications

You have:

  • You are handy, precise and can learn new things quickly. You are social, have a sense of humor and get along with people
  • You have an innovative, can-do attitude towards problem solving
  • We expect good knowledge of both Finnish and English
  • We value your strong self-initiative and genuine interest in the production-side of telecommunications.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • MS Office skills
  • Soldering skills

Please note that the role also requires:

  • Working in a 3-shift pattern fits your rhythm
  • Security Clearance is mandatory and part of our regular procedure.
