We are currently seeking a local product owner to support power amplifier team for development of radios used for mobile network infrastructure from program start to end of life in the field. The ideal candidate is responsible for collaborating with PA design team, Hardware project manager and global APO

Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will:

  • Ownership of Team Backlog items (elements from decomposed Fusion Product Backlog affecting Team)

  • Responsible for maintaining Team Backlog item Pipeline

  • Accountable for the transparent Team Backlog

  • Developing and communicating Team targets related to the Product/Feature goals

  • Creating and communicating Team Backlog items

  • Transparent prioritization of Team Backlog items

  • Defining Team level backlog items

  • Helps to provide input for Team Backlog refinement

  • Responsible for following DoD and for declaring Team Backlog items as done

  • Continuous coordination of Team Backlog items dependencies with other teams' Backlog items

  • Participates in PO Sync to address relevant topics with stakeholders, e.g., with other LPO’s , APO’s and FOT Leaders

  • Manages Team level execution risks

Qualifications

You have:

  • Must have good all-around knowledge of RF products and/or Software development/verification

  • Must have good project management skills to create schedules, track progress, and provide status reports.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a group. 

  • Good English communication for reports, presentations, and technical writing. 

  • Good computer skills and well organized. Having a specialty in data mining is preferred.

  • BS in Electrical or related Engineering

     

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous industrial experience preferred

  • Proven track record - previous involvement in successful product development programs is a definite plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Technical leadership potential is a plus.

  • Good planner and organizer.

  • Adept Problem Solver

  • Ability to travel internationally on short notice, if needed
