EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be enrolled in junior college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in an accredited school in the US.
Responsibilities- Create and update reports on components, supplier information, and order status.
- Track and analyze supplier data, including location details and spend information.
- Support risk analysis for long‑lead‑time parts and procurement dependencies.
- Contribute to improving data tracking and reporting processes, including basic automation tasks.
- Assist with maintaining procurement agreements and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
You have:
- A strong interest in data, problem solving, and process improvement.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including charts and formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to collaborate with teams and communicate clearly.
It would be nice if you had:
- Experience with data analysis tools or databases.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
- A basic understanding of supply chain or procurement processes.
