Responsibilities- Participate in hands-on compliance projects with direct business impact.
- Collaborate with senior legal and compliance professionals on defined work-streams.
- Engage with internal clients and stakeholders across business functions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance policies, processes, tools, and training.
- Research and summarize regulatory/ethics topics; assist in maintaining program documentation and metrics.
- Strong legal research and writing skills; clear, professional communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complex, open-ended challenges.
