ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Artera is seeking an IT Analyst to support our company-wide endpoints and access management. You will report directly to our Manager of Information Technology. You will come in on day one and learn our existing policies and procedures. You are excited about, and have a passion for learning new skills and improving processes.
You have strong organization skills, an independent work ethic, and work well across departments. You are able to pivot quickly, and manage large initiatives such as domestic and international compliance efforts. You will have the ability to develop, implement, and execute on processes in a fast-paced environment. This position is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to be at the forefront of healthcare technology.
This role supports IT systems and user access within a regulated federal environment. Candidates must meet criteria for a government background check and adhere to internal policies for access control, asset management, and operational continuity. Participation in compliance activities and training is expected.
Please note: This is an in-office position with an expectation of being in the office five days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Systems Access Management: Ensure that Employees can access systems and resources
- Trouble Shooting Ability: Troubleshoot issues with endpoints, mobile devices and networking
- User Access Administration: Ensure System access is kept up to date
- Risk Analysis: Identify risks, opportunities, faults and areas for improvement within Artera’s IT framework
- Performance Testing: Test and analyze IT system and software performance
- Resolution & Escalation: Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
- Process Documentation: Documenting processes and maintaining HelpDesk records
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with SaaS based administration
- 2-5 years experience working in a HelpDesk or other Information Technology role
- IT asset Management
- Familiar with audio visual equipment for live company meetings
- Familiar with MacOS administration
- Excellent communication skills, and an ability to collaborate with members of various teams
- Good problem analysis, problem-solving, and judgment skills

OUR APPROACH TO WORK LOCATION
Artera has hybrid office locations in Santa Barbara, CA, and Philadelphia (Wayne), PA, where team members typically come in three days a week. Specific frequency can vary depending on your team's needs, manager expectations and/or role responsibilities.
In addition to our U.S. office locations, we are intentionally building geographically concentrated teams in several key metropolitan areas, which we call our “Hiring Hubs.” We are currently hiring remote candidates located within the following hiring hubs:
- Boston Metro Area, MA
- Chicago Metro Area, IL
- Denver Metro Area, CO
- Kansas City Metro Area (KS/MO)
- Los Angeles Metro Area, CA
- San Francisco / Bay Area, CA
- Seattle Metro Area, WA
This hub-based model helps us cultivate strong local connections and team cohesion, even in a distributed environment.
To be eligible for employment at Artera, candidates must reside in one of our hybrid office cities or one of the designated hiring hubs. Specific roles may call out location preferences when relevant.
As our hubs grow, we may establish local offices to further enhance in-person connection and collaboration. While there are no current plans in place, should an office open in your area, we anticipate implementing a hybrid model. Any future attendance expectations would be developed thoughtfully, considering factors like typical commute times and access to public transit, to ensure they are fair and practical for the local team.
