Nokia ECE is seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Campus Solutions Marketing Manager to join our ECE Sol Marketing & Campaigns team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the ECE solution marketing and campaign team, working closely with various functions to promote and market our innovative solutions to target verticals. With a deep understanding of both technology and industry verticals, this individual will develop compelling solution messaging, create marketing collaterals, act as SME in front of press/analysts/customers and drive the inclusion of these solutions into reputation and lead generation campaigns.
 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement collaterals to support the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Create and adapt solution messaging for specific industry verticals, ensuring a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Maintain and update web presence for associated solutions, ensuring an engaging and informative online experience.
  • Imagine and develop experiential demos to showcase the capabilities of our solutions to potential customers and partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for events, press, and analyst interactions, representing ECE's solutions and expertise.
  • Collaborate with ECE PLM and Industry practice leads to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the campaign team to develop and execute launch plans for new solutions and features.
  • Drive the inclusion of ECE's solutions in reputation and vertical lead generation campaigns, ensuring a strong market presence.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
     
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business, or Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in product/solution marketing, with a proven track record in the technology or industrial sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wireless connectivity (4G/5G), edge computing, IP, and AI technologies.
  • High level understanding of industry vertical segments, including energy, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and utilities.
  • Able to create crisp and compelling messaging around complex technology that picks out the essence of our value propositions for compelling stories.

  • Experience in working with campaign team to co-develop marketing campaigns

  • Creative and innovative – can see the story in the information. 
  • Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and process changes 

  • Comfortable public speaker and working at exhibition and events as SME

  • Media trained as plus to act as company spokesperson when required

  • Drives process rigor, scales and expands processes to address strategic complexities.  

  • Empathetic to buyers, customers, influencers, users and sales resources.

  • Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required 

  • Able to keep abreast of relevant market trends and competitive marketing strategy and tactics.

  • Detail oriented, well organized, efficient with time management

  • Excellent level of English (including in writing) is required

  • Willingness to travel
