About the Position: 

G-P is looking for an experienced Product-Led Growth Marketer.

Reporting to the VP, Global Demand Generation, this role will be responsible for setting up the Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing function at G-P. This role is crucial for supporting our SaaS-based offerings and accelerating our self-serve Go-to-Market (GTM) motion. They will partner closely with the Product team to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will develop and execute comprehensive growth plans, optimize marketing funnels, and drive impactful campaigns to fuel our expansion.


What You’ll Do:

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who wants an execution-heavy growth-focused role. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Product Marketing to Identify priority market segments and define the ideal customer journey and lifecycle for G-P’s self-serve products.
  • Develop detailed digital marketing plans for the complete customer lifecycle (customer acquisition/conversion journey, ongoing usage/engagement/graduation, customer retention, and growth/expansion). Plans will span messaging and channel-level activation details, including content marketing, social, paid media, web, and email marketing.
  • Orchestrate execution of plans across Digital, Content, Web, and Email marketing teams, and own outcomes of all PLG Growth Marketing efforts.
  • Define key operational metrics to measure and optimize the performance of lifecycle marketing efforts across channels.
  • Design and deploy A/B testing program for testing hypotheses across the complete customer lifecycle.
  • Jointly own revenue objectives with Product business team counterparts.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Represent the business in quarterly reviews with C-level executives across Product, Marketing, and Revenue organizations.


What we're looking for: 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a product-led growth (PLG) role within a B2B SaaS company. Prior experience in an HR-related industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Heap, Google Analytics, 6Sense, Salesforce).
  • Leadership: Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with a small, high performing group of peers across Marketing, Product, and Revenue. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling marketing messages and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or growth hacking a plus.


The annual gross base salary range for this position is $140,000-$175,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity.
