As a Demand Generation Manager focusing on global enterprise accounts, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic campaigns targeting named accounts.
This role will manage our ABM strategy across a variety of channels including paid ads, content syndication, display, events, direct mail, and email. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, AB testing, campaign analysis, and fostering a close collaborative relationship with Sales and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Additionally, creative thinking for innovative program ideation is a key aspect of this role.


What you'll do:

     Campaign Strategizing and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABM campaigns for named accounts
  • Utilize various channels, including paid ads, display, events, direct mail, email, drift, web personalization to engage and nurture target accounts.
  • Work with our lifecycle marketing team to develop a separate MQL nurture for ABM named accounts [prospects]

     Re-engagement Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute re-engagement campaigns for dormant or inactive named accounts.
  • Develop strategies to revitalize interest and drive renewed engagement from target accounts.

     Budget Management:

  • Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies to maximize impact within budget constraints


     AB Testing:

  • Conduct rigorous AB testing to optimize campaign elements and improve overall performance.
  • Implement data-driven insights to refine and enhance campaign strategies.

     Analysis and Reporting:

  • Regularly analyze campaign results, providing comprehensive reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for future campaign enhancements.

     Collaboration with Sales and BDRs:

  • Cultivate a tight collaborative relationship with the sales and BDR teams.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, fostering a cohesive approach to account engagement.

     Creative Ideation:

  • Actively contribute to creative ideation sessions for the development of new and innovative ABM programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to campaign strategies.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on ABM campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their application in ABM.
  • Experience with budget management and a track record of achieving positive ROI.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaign programs.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift and 6sense.


The annual gross base salary range for this position is $83,200 and $104,000 plus an annual bonus.
