This role is pivotal in ensuring overall customer satisfaction and managing Nokia’s financials, including revenues, sales margin, costs, and cash collection for hardware, software, and services.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure Delivery of projects in line with customer contracts and Nokia’s delivery model, processes, and tools for large business volume and/or high complexity and/or geographical distribution
Project Preparation and Execution:
• PreSales (PEO Role): Supporting offer development, pre-contract planning and Complete S2D Handover
• Operational and Financial Objectives: Achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Transformation Measures: Implement transformation measures and achieve projected benefits.
• Supplier Management: Implement supplier scorecards and manage claims.
• Performance Feedback: Provide project performance feedback.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective project management and communication.
Project P&L Ownership:
Responsible for the profit and loss of the project for large business volume and/or high complexity and/or geographical distribution.
•Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to sell/execute processes and tools.
•Performance Reviews: Conduct project portfolio performance and services performance reviews.
•Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for the customer.
•Supplier Performance: Ensure that Project Team tracks supplier operation performance against agreed metrics.
•Feedback and Escalations: Manage feedback and escalations from the customer or internal.
•Inventory Management: Ensure that Excess & Obsolete inventory items are under control and properly managed.
•Resource Management: Guide and secure delivery resourcing."
Typically requires 10-12 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
