We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our NI FN BBD Ops Business Operations team. As our BU Operation Tool Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our in-house design tools, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing our business operations.   You are expected to be an induvial contributor skilled at database and UI development, and also a team player who can collaborate with the stakeholders to solve the issues during daily operations. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-house design tools to streamline and optimize business operations.
  • Manage and oversee the portfolio, supplier, and delivery details, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Skillfully utilize MySQL, Python, and front-end UI technologies (VUE, bootstrap, Java) for database and UI development.
  • Push for innovation and continuous improvement in our operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance our operational capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 10+ years experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the communications industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MySQL, Python, and front-end UI development (VUE, bootstrap, Java).
  • Excellent database and UI development skills, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard operational tools and practices.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding and developing teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
