Build and own Webflow’s foundational corporate cloud and source-control infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing multi-account landing zones, networking, DNS, PKI, secrets management, Infrastructure as Code pipelines, GitHub self-service workflows, governed deployment patterns, policy guardrails, cost controls, security baselines, observability, and platform reliability. The role partners with SRE, security, and developer productivity teams while managing cloud tooling relationships and enabling both technical and non-technical builders.

Own day-to-day paid social execution and optimization across LinkedIn and Meta, including full-funnel campaign builds, audience activation, retargeting, regional EMEA programs, brand campaigns, experimentation, and campaign QA. Maintain tracking hygiene through UTM construction and naming conventions. Measure performance against CRM-sourced MQL and sales opportunity pipeline using Salesforce and Tableau, diagnose anomalies, and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creative, and efficiency.

Lead the engineering team developing Webflow’s code-native platform, including high-fidelity visual-to-code round-tripping and coding-agent integration. Set technical and product direction, shape architecture, build developer experiences, establish roadmaps, and partner cross-functionally. Remain hands-on through design reviews, prototyping, and technical contributions while hiring, coaching, and developing engineers and fostering a high-performing technical culture.
