Home-based field inspector responsible for scheduling and conducting lightning protection system inspections across the Southeast US to verify compliance with UL 96A, NFPA 780 and other technical requirements. Document findings, perform/witness ground resistance testing, verify components and labels, prepare reports, communicate technical issues with customers and internal teams, and support customer relationships and UL service offerings.

Support and execute global product marketing for the Healthy Buildings group: track marketing investments and results, research market trends and competitors, craft content for awareness and sales enablement, support client acquisition and retention, gather insights to influence strategy, partner with sales, and assist with project management and budgeting under guidance.

Document findings, perform or witness ground resistance testing, verify components and labels, prepare reports, liaise with customers, independently schedule inspections, and provide technical assistance and support for UL services.
