UL Solutions - Oracle TEST Offices

Home-based field inspector responsible for scheduling and conducting lightning protection system inspections across the Southeast US to verify compliance with UL 96A, NFPA 780 and other technical requirements. Document findings, perform/witness ground resistance testing, verify components and labels, prepare reports, communicate technical issues with customers and internal teams, and support customer relationships and UL service offerings.

Leads sales strategy for retail softlines accounts, manages customer relationships and renewals, develops new-logo opportunities, drives discovery through close, builds specialty product pipelines, coordinates technical and fulfillment teams, and guides account managers on growth opportunities. Owns sales targets, account planning, proposals, negotiations, and seamless implementation transitions across assigned UL Solutions products and services.

Leads the strategy, development, commercialization, and execution of a Marketing Claim Verification program. Manages cross-functional teams, stakeholders, risks, budgets, timelines, verification methodologies, customer-facing proposals, governance reviews, program documentation, lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement. Partners with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers, and executives to develop service offerings, substantiate claims, identify growth opportunities, and deliver business results.
