Lead Eaton's global capital construction portfolio through full project lifecycle. Establish governance, drive standards, manage budgets/schedules/risks, oversee contractors and cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver manufacturing, R&D, office, and distribution projects on time, within budget, and to compliance and safety standards.

Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to support plant distribution, verify inventory accuracy, assist with changeovers, use FCS/Oracle/WMS systems, perform loading/unloading, follow safety and quality procedures, and support continuous improvement and cross-training on the afternoon shift (3:00pm–11:30pm).

Support standards initiatives and state/local adoption of the NEC, provide technical training and marketing, develop materials and presentations, represent Eaton at industry events and standards boards, monitor technology and regulatory trends, and support product and certification opportunities.
