Provide electrical system support including startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting; manage projects, generate reports, and mentor technicians.

Assemble clutch components and subassemblies to specifications; operate multiple assembly stations including automated and co-bot cells; perform quality inspections and checks; follow safety, quality (TS16949, ISO 14000) and 5S/Lean procedures; assist in training, perform minor/preventive maintenance, and work scheduled afternoon shift with possible overtime.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant manufacturing equipment (including Fanuc robots, NC/CNC, PLCs and drive systems). Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, support heat-treat equipment, and collaborate with engineering to improve equipment availability, safety, and efficiency.
