Set up and operate CNC and related machining equipment to produce gear/spline components, perform inspections with precision tools and SPC, maintain tooling and machines, follow quality and environmental systems (TS 16949, ISO 14000), and support continuous improvement and safety. Lift materials up to 35 lbs and perform minor preventative maintenance as needed.

Lead regional power systems engineering teams and own business performance across the Southeast. Responsibilities include talent development, project execution, sales and cost control, P&L ownership, forecasting, inventory management, safety oversight, customer relationship development, and business improvement. The hybrid role requires approximately 25% regional travel and involves managing engineering leaders and field-based engineers.

Serves as the primary IT partner for programmatic engineering, manufacturing, program management, and build operations. Translates business priorities into technology roadmaps, business cases, and project priorities; supports SAP S/4HANA adoption; resolves IT issues; drives process improvement, digital transformation, user adoption, and operational excellence; and aligns business stakeholders with enterprise IT delivery teams.
