Establishes operating models, KPIs, service standards, and governance while partnering with infrastructure, security, service desk, and business teams. Leads modernization programs, communicates business value and risks, and mentors engineers.

Lead end-to-end Workfront implementations and integrations across enterprise content ecosystems. Design workflows, templates, reports, dashboards, and API-driven integrations. Drive adoption, change management, and process optimization while mentoring clients and teams and ensuring alignment with DAM, AEM, marketing automation, personalization, and customer journey platforms.
