Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for commercial and industrial water treatment systems (UV, ion exchange, filtration, RO). Manage parts, programming, warranty, logistics, and coordinate third-party service contractors. Use Salesforce for service documentation, review wiring diagrams/CAD, provide on-call rotating support, and travel up to 20% for site visits, trainings, and startups.

Lead the national OEM sales channel for Dormont, developing and executing strategy to hit revenue, margin, and market share targets. Own forecasting, pipeline health, budgets, and monthly operating reviews. Partner cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations), enforce sales operating rhythms and CRM usage, and drive a high-performance culture. Travel nationally (high frequency) and provide executive reporting and financial oversight.
