Leads Watts’ Americas digital marketing Center of Excellence, overseeing digital experience, ecommerce enablement, CRM, marketing operations, analytics, marketing technology, SEO/SEM, and AI adoption. Develops multi-year strategy, manages cross-functional teams and external partners, improves customer journeys and conversion, establishes governance and operating models, and connects digital and campaign performance to commercial outcomes through dashboards, attribution, and executive reporting. This remote role requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Manages and grows a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle, focusing on retention, renewals, adoption, expansion, and revenue growth. Builds strategic relationships, conducts business reviews, monitors account health, analyzes customer and water system data, and provides operational recommendations. Develops account plans, proposals, and growth pipelines while coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support onboarding. The role is remote within the U.S. with travel up to 20%.

Lead national sales strategy and execution for the drains product portfolio. Drive revenue, market share, and customer engagement; manage and coach sales and business development managers; develop key account and channel relationships; create forecasts and growth plans; collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and operations; negotiate agreements and resolve complex customer issues. Frequent travel to support customers and events.
