Designs, develops, and delivers Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions supporting O2C, R2R, and P2P transformations. Responsibilities include Oracle BIP reports and document templates, FBDI data loads, BICC extracts, REST/SOAP integrations through OIC, data transformation, interface troubleshooting, technical documentation, and executive project updates.

Design, build, and scale Instacart software platforms and customer shopping experiences. Responsibilities include optimizing SQL queries, developing data-driven features, leading projects from inception through maintenance, supporting web and mobile systems, and performing testing, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design.

Provide bilingual Spanish-English customer support to consumers, shoppers, retailers, and advertisers through phone, chat, and email. Investigate account and order issues, follow policy-based workflows, document cases, escalate complex matters, and identify process improvements. Collaborate with teammates, share best practices, and surface operational issues to leadership. The remote role requires a Wednesday-Sunday schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM ET, including flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
