Teams at Leah 10/11 Selective EA Testing - Greenhouse

Owns the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud financial systems solutions across O2C, R2R, and P2P. Responsibilities include building BIP reports and templates, BICC extracts, FBDI loads, document customizations, and REST/SOAP integrations using OIC. The role troubleshoots data interfaces, documents technical specifications, supports ERP transformation workstreams, and communicates project status to executive stakeholders.

Provides bilingual Spanish-English customer support to consumers, shoppers, retailers, and advertisers through phone, chat, and email. Investigates order and account issues, follows complex workflows and policies, documents cases, escalates edge cases, and creates transfer tickets. Identifies recurring problems and process gaps, shares insights with leadership and peers, and supports a collaborative team environment. The role requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and follows a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule.

Design, build, and scale software for Instacart’s Core Experience platform. Responsibilities include developing scalable systems, optimizing SQL queries, enabling data-driven shopping features, leading projects from planning through maintenance, improving web and mobile experiences, and testing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system and programming issues.
