Process and prepare electronic SEC (EDGAR) filings for clients, research and compile required data, follow detailed workflows to ensure documents are complete and submission-ready, and support related projects under team lead direction.

Develop and expand relationships with law firms, advisory firms, and private equity sponsors to originate and qualify transaction and compliance opportunities across DFIN products. Drive partner-led and co-sell motions, execute joint go-to-market initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to advance deals and ensure seamless delivery throughout the capital markets transaction lifecycle.
