Provides third-shift technical product support to global capital markets clients. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring accounts, systems, and templates, troubleshooting data and formatting issues, resolving or escalating technical problems, training clients, creating documentation, supporting upgrades and UAT testing, and providing product enhancement feedback.

Serve as the primary Zendesk subject-matter expert for Support Operations: configure workflows, triggers, automations, SLAs, and reporting; gather and translate business requirements; design integrations and solutions; ensure governance, security, and change management; collaborate cross-functionally and support adoption of Zendesk AI capabilities.

Investigate, analyze, and respond to cyber threats by collecting and correlating security data across platforms. Build and maintain SIEM/SOAR rules and dashboards, perform root-cause analysis, support incident response, and produce actionable threat intelligence using SQL/Python and visualization tools.
