Teams at CSC - Oracle TEST

Provide multi-channel technical support for Corptax customers, validate installations, triage and resolve issues, document cases, perform release testing, maintain knowledge base content, collaborate with teams, support product proficiency development, and participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend overtime.

Provide B2B client support by answering inquiries via phone and electronic channels, building client relationships, navigating multiple databases, fulfilling requests, recommending process improvements, and maintaining/growing client business. Work scheduled to Hawaii time; training provided. Emphasis on accuracy, prioritization, multitasking, and strong communication.

The Senior Tax Research Specialist will research tax code changes, guide programming updates, test calculations, and lead documentation efforts in corporate tax software solutions.
