Lead implementations of Corptax compliance and provision solutions, translate tax processes into scalable configurations and data models, drive automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements, capture product feedback, and manage project execution and client communications to deliver measurable outcomes.

Lead second-line IT risk oversight focusing on Technology, Data, Cyber, and AI risks. Advise on risk management, support control design, drive assessments and deep dives, ensure regulatory compliance, manage GRC tracking and remediation, and contribute to executive/board risk reporting.

Provide B2B client support by answering inquiries via phone and electronic channels, building client relationships, navigating multiple databases, fulfilling requests, recommending process improvements, and maintaining/growing client business. Work scheduled to Hawaii time; training provided. Emphasis on accuracy, prioritization, multitasking, and strong communication.
