The Senior Data Analyst gathers BI requirements, analyzes enterprise and offline datasets, writes complex SQL queries, designs dashboard wireframes, and builds reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Domo. The role documents specifications and data processes, validates data accuracy, troubleshoots discrepancies, and collaborates with business, product, and data engineering teams. Prior US trust business knowledge is essential, along with strong stakeholder communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Research tax form changes and interpret related code and regulations; advise programmers on calculation updates; design and execute test cases; test and document tax return calculations; produce release notes and customer guidance; support products and develop jurisdictional tax knowledge.

Leads regional onboarding and expands ownership across the client lifecycle, managing a dispersed team and senior escalations. Standardizes compliant KYC/AML processes, improves turnaround times and service quality, supports automation and workflow improvements, and partners with business, compliance, and operations leaders on governance, reporting, and regulatory readiness.
