Own proactive, top-of-funnel talent sourcing across the US, LATAM, and APAC, with a strong focus on APAC. Build talent maps, evergreen pipelines, and passive-candidate communities; conduct outreach, candidate screens, and engagement; provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarks; partner with recruiters and hiring managers across regions; track sourcing metrics; and represent OKX through recruiting events and crypto communities.

Support month-end close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, accruals, cost allocations, and intercompany transactions. Prepare periodic financial reports for regulatory filings, management reporting, and audits. Improve internal controls and automate financial reporting and analytics processes. Partner with cross-functional teams on financial priorities and monitor reporting standards and tax mandates across the Americas.

Own OKX’s global customer complaints program within Compliance. Oversee complaints governance, quality assurance, regulatory alignment, second-line oversight, trend analysis, root-cause investigations, remediation, and executive reporting across jurisdictions. Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and escalated complaints with Legal and local Compliance teams, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory deadlines, consistent controls, and improved customer outcomes.
