Supports the Legal team with contract organization, data migration, document archiving, shared inbox management, routine inquiries, and customer security assessments. The contractor will assist with LinkSquares administration, privacy and compliance projects, contract negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination while gaining practical experience in legal operations within a remote SaaS environment.

Own a defined slice of the self-serve customer journey, improving signup, onboarding, activation, and upgrade experiences. Use data, customer insight, and A/B experiments to reduce friction and improve activation, retention, and monetization. Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Design to deliver product improvements and communicate priorities clearly across teams.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise SaaS accounts with full commercial ownership: drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, mitigate churn, forecast pipeline, build multi-threaded relationships, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance to grow customer adoption and revenue.
