Lead a squad of engineers to deliver customer-facing and backend distributed systems end-to-end. Drive execution, set milestones, ensure scalable architecture, quality, observability, hiring, coaching, and bring AI-native practices to accelerate delivery and team development.

Lead cross-functional product initiatives by discovering and validating customer problems using research, analytics, and AI tools. Rapidly prototype, run experiments, define success metrics, and de-risk deliveries.
