Support the full strategic partnership lifecycle, including opportunity evaluation, business cases, financial analysis, deal execution, launches, partner relationship management, performance reporting, and optimization. Build cross-functional relationships, identify opportunities to expand or consolidate partnerships, coordinate stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership while managing multiple initiatives and improving partnership processes.

Support Global Operations through financial forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, and investment tradeoff evaluation. Partner with Operations, FP&A, Data, Accounting, and business leaders to translate operational drivers into financial insights, guidance, and management materials. Evaluate impacts on volumes, revenue, variable profit, staffing, expenses, and operational efficiency to enable data-driven decisions.

Leads and develops a team of data engineers supporting People Analytics. Designs scalable data models, pipelines, semantic layers, testing frameworks, and governance practices. Maintains hands-on involvement in production coding, architecture, reviews, and critical AI-assisted analytics workflows. Partners with People Analytics, business, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to deliver secure, trusted workforce insights while balancing delivery speed, quality, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
