The Marketing Data Analyst at BenchPrep will play a pivotal role in the finance team, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing accounting functions, analyzing company expenditures, designing financial statements, and assisting in budgeting and tax preparation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 3-5 years of experience for Staff Accountant or 5-8 years for Senior Accountant, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Manage accounting function including account reconciliations, journal entries, AR, AP, and Billing. Analyze billing transactions to ensure proper allocation of revenue recognition policies. Assist in building financial statements, budget variance analysis, and year-end schedules for tax returns. Improve accounting processes and procedures.
