Build talent maps, evergreen pipelines, and passive-candidate communities; conduct outreach, candidate screens, and engagement; provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarks; partner with recruiters and hiring managers across regions; track sourcing metrics; and represent OKX through recruiting events and crypto communities.

Support month-end close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, accruals, cost allocations, and intercompany transactions. Prepare periodic financial reports for regulatory filings, management reporting, and audits. Improve internal controls and automate financial reporting and analytics processes. Partner with cross-functional teams on financial priorities and monitor reporting standards and tax mandates across the Americas.

Own OKX’s global customer complaints program within Compliance. Oversee complaints governance, quality assurance, regulatory alignment, second-line oversight, trend analysis, root-cause investigations, remediation, and executive reporting across jurisdictions. Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and escalated complaints with Legal and local Compliance teams, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory deadlines, consistent controls, and improved customer outcomes.

Lead brand design across identity, digital campaigns, web, social, events, and experiential. Own creative end-to-end, ensure design consistency, streamline production, evolve brand guidelines, collaborate with global stakeholders, and mentor the design team.

Lead full-funnel growth for Southeast Asia: remove onboarding friction, localize product, run multi-channel acquisition campaigns, own campaign P&L, collaborate with product for growth mechanics, launch features, and build segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to improve activation, retention, and LTV.

Drive affiliate and influencer acquisition across Southeast Asia: build and optimize affiliate networks and campaigns, analyze user behavior and performance metrics, devise growth strategies, and improve conversion through data-driven optimization.
