As a Quality Assurance Engineer at BenchPrep, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements to support the organization's financial health and strategic decision-making.

Manage accounting function including account reconciliations, journal entries, AR, AP, and Billing. Analyze company expenditures and ensure regulatory compliance. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and tax returns. Improve accounting processes and procedures.

The Embedded Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in the finance team at BenchPrep, focusing on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing accounting functions, analyzing expenditures, reviewing transactions, preparing financial statements, budgeting, and assisting in tax returns. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 3-5 years of experience for Staff Accountant or 5-8 years for Senior Accountant, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
