Leads end-to-end delivery strategy for complex hyperscaler programs within Nokia’s IP Networking business. Aligns customer demand, commercial commitments, product priorities, and supply capabilities while managing risks, escalations, forecasts, inventory, and delivery performance. Partners across Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Product, and Operations, represents the business to the enterprise Control Tower, prepares executive decisions, and drives cross-functional accountability and operational improvements without direct authority.

Provide advanced procurement support for IP hardware NPI from prototype through launch. Manage supplier relationships, lead component price negotiations, perform BOM analysis and risk assessments, conduct supplier financial reviews, negotiate contracts/NDAs, and resolve material shortages to meet engineering schedules and cost objectives.

Cross-functional role on the IP Routing Hardware Technical Data Management team supporting NPI across product lines. Responsibilities include data entry to factory implementation, supporting creation and execution of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) throughout product lifecycle, and collaborating with engineering and factory teams to ensure manufacturability and data integrity.
