Manage and grow ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem across the Americas. Responsibilities include developing partner business plans, aligning investments and capacity, improving partner practices, coordinating governance and reporting, driving pipeline and revenue growth, supporting successful implementations, conducting business reviews, executing joint go-to-market plans, and coaching partners on programs, competencies, certifications, and customer success.
