The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing the accounting function, including account reconciliations, journal entries, AR, AP, and billing. They will analyze company expenditures, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Looking for a hardworking and ambitious Staff/Senior Accountant to support the growing operations at BenchPrep. Responsibilities include managing accounting functions, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 3-5 years of experience for Staff Accountant or 5-8 years for Senior Accountant, and strong skills in financial analysis, GAAP, and communication.

Manage accounting function including account reconciliations, journal entries, AR, AP, and Billing.
